12 finalists selected to pitch live at Nordic Life Science Days 2018
The Nordic Life Science Days will kick off on Friday the 10th of September 2018 with a live pitch competition co-hosted by Umeå Biotech Incubator. The 12 startups who will present in the finals have now been selected.
The purpose of the Startup Challenge NLSDays is to create an opportunity for companies to present in front of national and international investors and corporate representatives in life sciences. This forum also displays the great potential in the nordic ecosystem for health startups.

Twelve finalists selected – will pitch live in September
The video pitches submitted by applicants in May have been evaluated by an international panel of life science investors and experts. The 12 companies selected to pitch live at the Startup Challenge @NLSDays 2018 are:

- Bioreperia
- Game Intelligence AB
- Gedea Biotech AB
- Letsip
- Lipum AB
- MediTuner
- Operationskollen
- Quantum Leap Computing Labs (QLCL)
- Sigrid Therapeutics AB
- Stayble Therapeutics AB
- Tirmed Pharma AB
The live event will take place at Waterfront Conference Centre at 18:00 hours on Friday the 10th of September. Umeå Biotech Incubator will host the event together with Pfizer as the main sponsor. Twelve pitches are to be completed in under two minutes each. For the first time, the audience will be voting live through an online web tool to select the winner.
